Hi, I’m Erika Juntunen,

a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), with additional training (MBCE) in identifying red flags in blood work from a functional standpoint and root cause healing.

As a Nutritional Therapist, I take an extensive look at where your body is showing signs and symptoms (bloating? fatigue? brain fog? anxiety?) indicating something isn’t functioning as designed. These, along with patterns in blood work that point to deficiencies, stressed systems, inflammation, or potential infections are combined to see where your body needs support.

Using a holistic approach including a nutrient-dense diet, lifestyle and soul care supports, targeted supplements, drainage work, and pathogenic/toxin detoxification, we create personalized goals together to give your body what it needs to decrease unwanted symptoms from a root-cause approach.

Additionally, I am a certificated Spiritual Director, helping you become increasingly aware of God’s presence and providing empathy for your healing journey, incorporating this if you desire in our appointments, or as a separate service.
